Volunteers are essential to our mission. As a volunteer you will contribute significantly to the daily operations of the Maui Food Bank.

Volunteer Opportunities

We rely on Volunteers like you to work in our warehouse, office, surplus food distribution, food drives and special events. Volunteers with Filipino and Spanish language skills are especially needed.

Administrative Volunteers

Use your clerical skills to help end hunger by supporting our administrative office.

Food Sorters

At the heart of our operation are volunteers helping us sort, pack and distribute healthy food to those in need.

Janitorial Services

Assist with the building and yard maintenance at the Maui Food Bank facilities.

Surplus Food Distribution Assistants

We need volunteers on a regular basis to help prepare government surplus food for distribution. Volunteers are also needed to assist the Maui Food Bank staff at the distribution site.
